Список IP-адрес або записів IP/маски мережі, розділених комами, які ~~будуть враховуватися в~~вважатимуться локальнійою мереж~~і при~~ею під час застосуваннія обмежень пропускної здатності. Якщо встановлено, всі інші IP-адреси вважатимуться зовнішньою мережею і підлягатимуть обмеженням пропускної здатності зовнішньої мережі. Якщо поле залишити порожнім, вважатиметься, що лише підмережа сервера належить до локальної мережі та віддаленого доступу. Якщо поле залишити порожнім, усі адреси з діапазонів RFC1918 вважатимуться локальними.
