"Next episode playing in xx seconds" translated to german: "Nächste Folge wird xx Sekunden abgespielt", not: "Nächster Folge" oder "Nächstes Folge". If other terms besides "Folge" (episode) are used for {0} that use the masculine or neuter form, then all three cases become necessary. Then the translation should at least be "Nächste(r/s)", but the readability of this construction is severely limited and unpleasant.
